The College of Thelema of Northern California is a non-profit religious and educational corporation, based on the principles of Thelema.  It was founded in service to the A.’.A.’., to provide preparatory training in magick, mysticism, Qabalah, Tarot, Astrology, and much more.  Each student is assigned an individual teacher, who will provide one-to-one instruction and group classes.  We do not teach purely by correspondence -- in-person contact is required at least quarterly.   The criteria for admission to the College are explained on the application itself, which may be downloaded from the link at the bottom of this page.

The family of Phyllis Seckler (Soror Meral) has acknowledged the C.O.T.N.C. as the sole legal custodian of Ms. Seckler’s literary estate, diaries, library and archives, pursuant to the stipulations in her Last Will.  For more information, follow this link.

The main campus of the C.O.T.N.C., located in Sacramento, California, has its home in the beautiful Soror Meral Building and Gardens, erected in 2004 as a dedicated Thelemic temple and classroom space.
